Consequently, we have a strong interest in working with a few clients on important problems. Tough challenges require a willingness to think, accept difficult truths, and then act. We are not interested in figuring out what our clients want to hear in order to stay on the job.

Client selection is key to the work of ThinkingEdge.

We offer a one-day working session with management and staff based on materials provided by the client beforehand and an agreed agenda. Our fee is $2500 plus expenses. Prepare to be challenged. Should we agree to work together we will entertain novel compensation arrangements
